About this service
Visceral manipulation is a gentle, manual therapy developed by Jean-Pierre Barral that works with the internal organs and their surrounding connective tissue. Many chronic conditions — including digestive disorders, lower back pain, and even emotional holding patterns — have their roots in restrictions of the visceral fascia.
Elena trained through Levels I–III at the Barral Institute. Sessions are performed through the abdominal wall with careful, specific pressure that releases fascial restrictions around the stomach, intestines, liver, kidneys, and other structures. The effects can be surprisingly far-reaching.
